Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Customized or personalized items


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at info@cozzymart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the return status.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be issued:

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If an order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and your order number
    We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
